📋 Description
• Manage all team kit, equipment, and supplies for training, travel, and matches • Work closely with the Republic of Ireland Women's National Team during international camps • Ensure high professional standard in kit operations • Coordinate match kit preparation and laundry services • Manage day-to-day operation of the in-camp kit room • Support coaching staff with training equipment setup • Prepare team dressing rooms and coaches' areas for fixtures • Ensure compliance with UEFA, FIFA, and FAI regulations
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in kit management, logistics or equipment operations • Experience working within a football or elite sports environment • Experience supporting high-performance teams • Knowledge of UEFA and FIFA kit and equipment regulations • Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively, including internationally • Right to work in Ireland • Experience working within women's football (Desirable) • Qualification in Sports Management, Sports Science, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline (Desirable) • Manual Handling and/or Occupational First Aid certification (Desirable) • Experience using inventory or stock management systems (Desirable)
