• Partner with senior leaders across EMEA and APAC to shape and execute business and people strategies that drive organizational performance and employee engagement. • Serve as the primary HR contact for all leaders outside of the U.S., ensuring consistent alignment with global HR practices while adapting for local needs. • Collaborate closely with U.S.-based HR and business leadership to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and execution of global initiatives. • Lead strategic HR initiatives including organization design, leadership development, workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership. • Advise leaders on complex people and organizational matters with a focus on strategic impact, cultural nuance, and business outcomes. • Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent & Learning, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions across regions. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations in the regions of responsibility. • Act as a cultural bridge and advocate, ensuring that regional perspectives are well-represented in global strategies and programs.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic business partner capacity supporting international teams. • Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written); additional European language(s) a plus. • Strong business acumen with demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational performance. • Deep understanding of European labor markets, employment law, and cultural diversity; APAC experience is a strong plus. • Proven ability to influence, challenge, and coach leaders at all levels. • Experience navigating complex, matrixed global organizations. • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
