📋 Description

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions • Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for cultural fit and job qualifications • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws • Continuously assess recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role • Strong understanding of recruiting techniques, talent market trends, and employment legislation • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills • Passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders
