📋 Description

• Legal advice and preparation of opinions on labor rights, obligations, and applicable legislation. • Representation in labor lawsuits (claims and defenses) at all instances of the Labor Court. • Participation in hearings and oral arguments. • Representation in administrative proceedings (Ministry of Labor, Public Prosecutor's Office for Labor Matters). • Negotiation and mediation of judicial and extrajudicial settlements. • Conducting audits to ensure compliance with labor legislation and prevent risks. • Drafting employment contracts, amendments, and internal policies. • Providing training on labor law for teams and managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation (CLT), súmulas, OJs, and case law. • Experience in judicial and administrative litigation in labor law. • Ability to draft procedural documents, legal opinions, and contracts. • Negotiation and conflict mediation skills. • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills for court appearances. • Organization and attention to detail for case and deadline management. • Proactive and able to work in a team.
