📋 Description

• Responsible for a judicial caseload in consumer and banking law; • Reviewing publications and court notices; • Drafting all pleadings and documents for the caseload; • Negotiating and concluding settlements; • Completing the firm’s and client’s case management systems; • Monitoring case progress and procedural status; • Performing other routine tasks related to the caseload.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree required; postgraduate studies in the area preferred. • Active Bar registration (OAB/SP). • Experience in civil litigation and consumer law; • Agility and organizational skills; • Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands; • Strong oral and written communication skills; • Regular attendance and punctuality; • Productivity and results orientation; • Autonomy and ability to work in a team; • Leadership development; • Team management and relationship skills; • Client and peer relationship management; • Institutional engagement and collaboration; • Good interpersonal skills; • Good writing, communication and logical reasoning skills.
