• Research and identify high-potential franchise and enterprise accounts. • Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book qualified meetings for the franchise sales team. • Qualify leads and ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles. • Schedule discovery calls and seamlessly hand off prospects to senior sales reps. • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce. • Track outreach activities, booked meetings, and lead progress. • Generate consistent outbound volume to support pipeline goals. • Use Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage workflows, outreach cadences, and lead generation. • Continuously improve outreach effectiveness through data and feedback. • Uphold Franki’s values of curiosity, grit, and transparency. • Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve outreach strategies and team performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or ample outbound sales experience • 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or business development. • Comfortable working remotely and independently. • Proficiency in G-suite products and email communication. • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav or similar sales CRM systems. • Bonus points if you have... Outbound sales experience, ideally in the hospitality sector. • Located in or familiar with Southern California market is a plus
• Remote work: Our team works remotely across the US but primarily PST time zone; we travel together several times a year for company kick-offs and mid-year meetings. • PTO: 15 days per year, plus additional PTO between Christmas and the end of the year (25th Dec - 31st Dec). • Additionally, we recognize 11 public holidays per year. • Medical, dental & vision : We cover 100% of Medical, Vision, and Dental. • Equipment: Computer & technology equipment applicable to your role. • Monthly Stipend: to help cover some home office expenses
