📋 Description

• Review, challenge or approve repair quotes for our fleet of cars • Digitally process incoming invoices using our internal invoice management tools • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to improve fleet availability, ensuring the long-term sustainability and mutual benefit of our partnerships • Support invoice volume monitoring in coordination with Damage Management and Accounts Payable • Contribute to ongoing projects within the department

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in damage or sinister administration • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus • You speak and write German fluently, and have a professional level of English • You are precise, detail-oriented, and enjoy structured tasks • You are proactive, organized, and work well independently and in a team
