• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to ensure clients achieve their business objectives • Identify and qualify potential customers; prospecting and lead generation • Present products or services, conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and respond to RFPs • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets • Onboard and manage accounts; maintain and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling • Track all client interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing satisfaction • Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; success measured by sales performance and client retention
