• Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or product management. • Proven ability to grow markets and influence cross‑functional teams. • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. • Willingness to travel extensively (50–70%).
