• Drive revenue, margin and sustainable growth for the Polyurethanes business across the DACH region • Develop and implement the regional sales strategy aligned with the European growth plan and expand the sales territory • Lead, coach and develop the regional sales team; support and guide distributors and agents to achieve commercial targets • Build and deepen strategic customer relationships and negotiate with decision-makers and senior management • Maintain a strong market presence through regular customer visits, hands-on support during product trials and close technical collaboration • Identify new market opportunities, secure product approvals and establish long-term supplier positions with key customers • Collaborate closely with Technology, Laboratory, Marketing and Operations to ensure a competitive, future-oriented product portfolio
• Several years of proven experience in technical sales within the Polyurethane industry • Initial experience leading and developing sales teams, preferably in an international or matrix organization • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute sales plans and deliver measurable results • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing complex customer relationships at senior levels • Experience managing and developing distributor and agent networks • Sound understanding of margin management, budgeting and performance indicators • Fluent in German and English with willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region
