📋 Description

• Analyze and optimize global supply chain, operations, and cross-functional processes • Develop and implement global strategies to improve inventory management, delivery performance, and operational effectiveness • Design and establish performance management frameworks, KPI systems, reporting solutions, and dashboards • Lead and support international, cross-functional projects focused on logistics, material flows, manufacturing processes, and supply chain performance • Collaborate with global sites, supply chain teams, sales organizations, controlling, and technical functions • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations • Prepare management presentations and decision-making materials • Promote best practices in performance management across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Experience in global project management • Expertise in Lean Management or continuous improvement methodologies, ideally • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP • Experience with KPI frameworks and data visualization tools, with a strong focus on Power BI • Strong knowledge of process management, standardization, and digital workflow design • Excellent analytical skills • Strong English communication skills • Experience collaborating with international teams • Willingness to travel • Structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented working style
