• Work closely with the CRM & Loyalty Manager to fully manage the email program. • Build and QA campaign and flow marketing email using Klaviyo • Manage the production and monitoring of email campaigns including building, testing, and QA • Ensure campaigns are properly QA’d across devices, browsers, and inbox clients. • Create visual decks providing analytical insights for emails on a monthly basis
• You have 1-3 years of experience building and deploying email campaigns. • You have worked in at least one ESP (preferrably Klaviyo) and have created campaigns and automated/triggered programs with technical capabilities of the platform. • You have a solid understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and accessibility. • You have experience with A/B testing, dynamic variables, and data-driven optimization. • You’re a team player and very comfortable with collaboration as this role touches almost every team in the company. • You can celebrate the wins and feel comfortable with actionable feedback.
