β€’ Send, respond to, and manage emails using Microsoft Outlook. β€’ Make and receive phone calls on behalf of the Financial Advisor. β€’ Prepare, edit, and organize documents. β€’ Schedule meetings and manage calendars. β€’ Create and maintain reports. β€’ Assist with general administrative and organizational tasks.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Basic computer proficiency. β€’ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. β€’ Willingness to learn new tasks and tools. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
