📋 Description

• Understand project requirements from consulting/research teams • Identify and reach out to relevant industry experts via phone, email, and LinkedIn • Screen experts to assess relevance and expertise • Coordinate and schedule interviews end-to-end • Manage multiple projects under tight timelines • Maintain accurate CRM records and build long-term expert relationships • Support cross-selling of additional services where relevant • Connect consulting and research teams with senior industry experts

🎯 Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in expert networks, research, recruitment, consulting support, or similar roles • Strong communication skills in English • Confidence engaging senior professionals • Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines • Ability to identify and reach out to relevant industry experts via phone, email, and LinkedIn • Ability to maintain accurate CRM records • Commercial and client-facing exposure
