📋 Description

‱ Help Shopify brands get more sales through smarter testing and UX improvements: ‱ Plan, launch, and manage A/B tests (Intelligems / similar) ‱ Review CRO redesigns using internal framework ‱ Analyze heatmaps, GA4, and user recordings ‱ Identify friction points in the funnel and fix them ‱ Work closely with designers and PMs ‱ Turn data into simple, clear recommendations ‱ Work across multiple brands and see results weekly, not once a year.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 2+ years agency experience (required) ‱ hands-on experience with Shopify stores ‱ GA4 + heatmaps + session recordings experience ‱ ability to read data and extract practical insights ‱ strong communication, curiosity, and speed ‱ Bonus points for: CRO copywriting ‱ basic HTML/CSS ‱ experience with Convert / Intelligems / VWO / Optimizely
