📋 Description

• Define and evolve the long-term vision for Enterprise as a cornerstone of Fullscript’s clinical ecosystem. • Lead product development, from vendor integrations to intelligent recommendations. • Partner with Engineering, Clinical Science, Data, and GTM teams to launch offerings that advance proactive care. • Lead a high-performing team that can ship fast, think big, and learn quickly. • Establish KPIs that balance growth, reliability, and patient impact. • Operate as both strategist and builder, equally comfortable shaping vision and diving deep.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience with a record of launching and scaling complex platforms. • 3+ years of experience operating in the healthcare industry • Natural storyteller who connects business strategy to value. • Passion for the craft of product management, including discovery, delivery, and iteration. • Ability to thrive in high-autonomy environments with big goals and open problems. • Strong user experience (UX) instincts with a deep understanding of how to build intuitive, user-friendly products. • Operational fluency — you know how to scale product processes, improve team effectiveness, and bring structure to complex or ambiguous environments.
