📋 Description

• Drive net-new enterprise revenue by owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across Enterprise accounts. • Build and convert a high-quality, high-value pipeline through a mix of outbound and inbound efforts. • Identify, target, and break into high-value accounts using thoughtful, account-based approaches. • Continuously refine your outreach strategy to improve engagement and conversion. • Evangelize the value of Fundraise Up by connecting our platform to real business outcomes. • Lead thoughtful, consultative discovery that uncovers the true customer needs. • Engage and influence VP and C-level stakeholders across multiple functions. • Manage multi-threaded deals with 5+ stakeholders, partners, and agencies. • Lead all stages of the sales process, including RFP participation and commercial negotiations. • Develop and execute strategic account plans across large, complex organizations. • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Partnerships to unlock new pipeline sources. • Contribute insights that will help shape future outbound/BDR strategy. • Confidently lead both virtual and in-person meetings using strong product knowledge and storytelling. • Hit (and exceed) your quota by consistently delivering against ambitious targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in B2B/Enterprise tech sales. • Proven track record of closing 6-figure deals with global organizations. • Consistent overachievement against quotas and KPIs. • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles (9+ months). • Strong ability to build and execute multi-threaded account strategies. • Executive presence - you're comfortable challenging and guiding senior stakeholders. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Skilled in leading complex commercial negotiations.
