📋 Description

• Support our customers via Intercom—providing written, friendly, and solution-oriented assistance • Document inquiries in Linear and work closely with our Product and Engineering teams • Test new features and actively help improve our Knowledge Base and AI features • Share customer support feedback and contribute to making FunnelCockpit even better • Contribute your own ideas and work independently

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a digital environment such as SaaS, e-commerce, or IT support • Fluent in German and English—English is required for communication with our international Engineering team • Strong technical aptitude and confidence in learning new tools • Solution-first, helpful, and customer-oriented • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated when working from home • Nice to have: Experience with other marketing tools or landing page/funnel builders • Nice to have: Exposure to SEO and performance marketing, such as Facebook Ads or Google Ads
