• You build long-term relationships with creators — from micro to macro — and develop genuine partnerships rather than short-term deals • You develop creative brand collaborations and co-marketing campaigns with relevant family and lifestyle brands • You are responsible for a seven-figure creator and affiliate budget and evolve our partnerships with a focus on long-term brand building and sustainable ROI • You plan creator events, community activations and formats that connect people • You develop YouTube and TikTok partnerships with long-term growth potential • You build an active Funzy community — far beyond classic comment moderation • You ensure UGC is systematically collected, activated, and used across channels • You bring the community's voice back into the company, e.g., to product development, CRM or content
• Minimum 5 years of experience in community building and/or creator partnerships • Proven track record in building communities, creator networks or brand collaborations • Intuitive understanding of the lives of families with young children, especially of mothers • Able to think strategically while also executing independently • Comfortable working independently and building things without a large team • Experience managing seven-figure budgets and analyzing performance and ROI accurately • Strong sense for brand communication and a writing style that is approachable, honest and free of marketing clichés
