📋 Description

• Technical supervision and maintenance of approximately 30 sites • Support with troubleshooting, maintenance, inspections and repairs of various building services systems • Monitoring and reviewing delivered services with regard to quality, costs and adherence to deadlines • Responsibility for subcontractor management • Supervision, acceptance and billing of maintenance, renovation and expansion works • Technical planning and implementation of special services (repairs, renewals, etc.) • Defect handling and warranty management within the scope of responsibility • Participation in the continuous improvement of our Facility Management area

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree (Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facility Management) and/or technical training in electrical engineering, HVAC, heating, ventilation or sanitary engineering with a technician or master craftsman qualification • Extensive professional experience in a comparable position • Strong service orientation • Good knowledge of DGUV, DIN, VdS and GEFMA • Good knowledge of building regulations (LBO, VOB and HOAI) and ideally experienced with administrative processes • Confident manner when dealing with various stakeholders • Experience in project management, and strong planning and organizational skills • Good knowledge of CAFM software and CAD desirable • High quality standards, team player and ability to work independently • Willingness to travel, driving license class B
