📋 Description

• Contribute to decisions regarding your store • Coordinate the team and create flexible duty schedules • Coach colleagues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Manage the sales floor layout and optimize the product assortment

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in retail (e.g., Retail Salesperson) • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience as a Store Manager • Authentic personality with professional experience in retail • Affinity for current fashion trends and sustainability • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even in stressful situations • Hands-on mentality and strong commitment
