📋 Description

• Technical support and maintenance for approximately 30 sites • Support with fault remediation, maintenance, testing and repairs of various building services systems • Monitoring and review of delivered services with respect to quality, cost and adherence to deadlines • Management and supervision of subcontractors • Supervision, acceptance and billing of maintenance, renovation and expansion measures • Technical planning and implementation of special services (repairs, renewals, etc.) • Defect handling and warranty management within the scope of responsibility • Participation in the continuous improvement of our Facility Management division

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree (Civil Engineering, Building Services / Building Technology, Facility Management) and/or technical vocational training in electrical engineering, air conditioning, heating, ventilation or sanitary engineering with a technician/master qualification • Extensive professional experience in a comparable position • Strong service orientation • Good knowledge of DGUV, DIN, VdS and GEFMA standards • Good knowledge of building regulations (LBO), VOB and HOAI, and ideally experience with administrative processes • Confident and persuasive manner when dealing with different stakeholders • Experience in project management, with planning and organizational skills • Good knowledge of CAFM software and CAD is desirable • High quality standards, team spirit and an independent working style • Willingness to travel and possession of a Class B driving license
