• Own the end‑to‑end relationship for a portfolio of existing enterprise clients • Serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring clients achieve measurable ROI from Fusable’s Risk Intelligence solutions • Drive renewals, expansions, and cross‑sell opportunities across the Fusable product suite • Monitor product usage, KPIs, and client health dashboards to identify adoption gaps and mitigate churn risk • Partner closely with Product, Data, Marketing, and Sales teams to share client feedback and influence roadmap priorities
• 5+ years of B2B account management, customer success, or client relationship experience • Strong preference for experience in P&C Commercial Auto (Transportation) insurance • Working knowledge of risk exposures, loss control, underwriting, or insurance analytics is a strong plus • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
