📋 Description

• Design and deliver customized coaching programs, workshops, and one-on-one sessions focused on AI fundamentals, technology trends, and digital literacy • Assess organizational technology awareness gaps and develop targeted learning strategies • Create engaging training materials, case studies, and practical resources that translate complex AI concepts into accessible insights • Facilitate change management initiatives • Collaborate with department leaders to integrate technology awareness into organizational development programs • Support digital transformation efforts • Monitor coaching effectiveness through feedback collection and performance metrics • Refine program content and delivery methods to maximize impact • Build relationships with employees at all organizational levels to foster trust and participation • Support a technology-forward organizational culture • Stay current with AI advancements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles, preferably in technology or organizational development contexts • Strong foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and current technology trends • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills • Experience designing and delivering training programs, learning initiatives, or organizational change management • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple coaching initiatives simultaneously • Ability to assess learning needs and customize coaching approaches for different audiences and skill levels • Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools and platforms
