📋 Description

• Lead PMO activities across the ERP transformation program • Ensure alignment between projects and workstreams • Coordinate program governance, including Steering Committee meetings, decision boards, quality gates, and status reporting • Manage program financials, including budget planning, actuals, accruals, and forecasting • Monitor and maintain program RAID logs, escalating risks and issues as required • Coordinate vendor sourcing activities, including review and approval of service and licensing contracts • Support integrated cutover planning and execution across all project streams • Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality requirements • Administer and maintain program collaboration platforms, reporting tools, and stakeholder communications

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of program and project management experience • Minimum 3 years in a PMO leadership role within a large-scale international ERP transformation program • Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP ERP implementation • SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud experience preferred • Strong knowledge of program governance, financial management, risk management, and executive reporting • Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills • PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification • Fluent business English (written and spoken)
