⢠Act as the primary point of contact for customers of a world-renowned consumer electronics brand ⢠Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance for hardware, software, and innovative consumer tech devices ⢠Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through empathetic communication and professional problem-solving ⢠Navigate internal CRM systems to track interactions and resolve inquiries promptly ⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues within the electronics ecosystem ⢠Stay up-to-date with the latest product launches and technological advancements ⢠Maintain a high standard of service reflecting the reputation of the electronics leader
đŻ Requirements
⢠Native or fluent Italian, spoken and written ⢠Excellent English communication skills for professional internal collaboration ⢠Passion for consumer electronics and willingness to learn new technologies ⢠Valid EU passport mandatory to work within the programs ⢠Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting ⢠Previous customer service or technical support experience highly preferred
