📋 Description

• Conceptualize and design static Performance Creatives for paid-social campaigns • Develop different creative approaches, designs and variants for ongoing tests • Translate marketing messages, promotions and product benefits into visually compelling ads • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze which creatives perform well and derive new design approaches • Design organic content for social media channels • Create shop banners, product graphics, landing-page elements and other visual marketing materials • Continuously evolve the visual brand world and ensure a modern, consistent appearance • Work closely with the performance marketing, content and e‑commerce teams • Contribute original ideas and current design trends to the creative process

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design or a comparable design-related field • Initial relevant professional experience in graphic or media design, ideally in an e‑commerce or performance marketing environment • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color, imagery and visual hierarchy • Ability to design modern, high-quality and attention-grabbing content • Preferably experience with static creatives for social media ads or other digital advertising campaigns • Understanding that Performance Creatives must convey a clear message and deliver results • Confident user of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or comparable design software • Experience with Figma is an advantage • Ability to quickly empathize with different target audiences, products and communication approaches • Structured, reliable working style and careful, fast implementation of feedback • Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for the visual development of the brand • Compelling portfolio with relevant work samples to be included with the application
