📋 Description

• Design, govern and oversee the organisation’s approach to incident remediation on behalf of the superannuation trustee • Oversee incidents, breaches and remediation activities across the Fund and its service providers • Review incident assessments, root cause analyses, remediation proposals, financial impact calculations and preventative controls • Ensure remediation activities meet Trustee expectations and regulatory requirements • Develop and maintain the Fund’s remediation framework, policies and standards • Provide subject matter expertise on complex and material incidents • Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely remediation outcomes • Identify systemic issues and strengthen controls • Prepare reporting for senior leadership, Trustee committees, auditors and regulators

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in superannuation incident remediation, incident management, risk or compliance • Strong understanding of superannuation legislation and trustee obligations • Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to interpret data and financial calculations • Passion for Future Group’s mission and moving Australia’s money from fossil fuels into renewable energy • Passion for using money to build a sustainable and equitable world • Tertiary qualification in finance, business, actuarial studies or law is nice-to-have, not essential • Formal training in incident, breach or remediation management is nice-to-have, not essential • Experience working within a Trustee Office is nice-to-have, not essential • Familiarity with APRA and ASIC regulatory guidance is nice-to-have, not essential
