📋 Description

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to spearhead new business development efforts for our AI-powered sales intelligence solutions. This role is focused on empowering sales teams in industries with highly competitive, complex sales. You will revolutionize their sales strategies and drive revenue growth by helping them implement AI as part of their sales process. Your accounts will include various media/podcast/advertising companies and enterprises that engage in complex selling. As an innovative thinker , you’ll be driving the adoption of groundbreaking technology while shaping a new market. What you'll do Own the hunt: Drive the entire sales process for sales intelligence solutions, from prospecting to closing, consistently meeting revenue targets. Run real discovery: Uncover business pain, map the influencers and economic decision makers, and close new business. Create the business case: Build ROI stories, craft compelling stories that sell, and secure executive buy-in to get major deals done. Serve as a trusted advisor as part of a consultative sales process: Deliver tailored solutions that optimize clients' sales strategies and performance. Close and Expand: Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, high client satisfaction, and long-term retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise industry sales - media, podcasting, advertising agencies, technology, or SaaS. Knowledge of sales intelligence, analytics, or AI-driven solutions is a plus. Proven track record closing new business. Consistent new business budget achievement with avg deals > $100K Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value contracts, including six-figure deals, with senior executives. Proficient in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Comfort with travel - approx 1-2 weeks per month (industry events, client meetings) Strong ability to understand client needs, communicate with professionalism, and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable results. Track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals and driving business growth. Proficient in HubSpot CRM is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
