📋 Description

• Independently manage the website using Next.js, Vercel, and Sanity • Build landing pages for campaigns, segments, and markets without developer resources • Manage Google Ads structure, keywords, budget, creatives, and conversion tracking • Manage LinkedIn advertising for university-management audiences • Build and optimize funnels from landing page and form through lead handoff to HubSpot • Own technical, content-related, and structural SEO • Develop Answer Engine Optimization for LLMs, including entity clarity, citable content, topic clustering, and AI-visibility monitoring • Create website screens, landing pages, ad creatives, sales materials, trade show appearances, and social media assets • Brief and manage external design services when appropriate • Use AI for content pipelines, creative variations, research, localization, and tool automation • Lead marketing internationalization through localization, market-specific landing pages, and multilingual campaigns for Southern Europe and Latin America • Report directly to management and own the marketing stack from day one

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the area of the described job profile • Proficiency with a modern web stack: React/Next.js, Git, and a headless CMS • Ability to read and write code without hesitation, without necessarily being a developer • Solid design sense and ability to implement designs independently using Figma, Canva, or similar • Familiarity with AI and ability to work with AI tools daily • Ability to work independently in a small team without a marketing department • Willingness to take on tasks requiring initial training • Very good German skills • Fluent English • Spanish is a plus • Experience with HubSpot is a plus • Experience in the education or public-sector environment is a plus
