⢠You will independently guide our customers through the onboarding of our software, from kick-off and configuration to productive roll-out. ⢠You will develop a deep understanding of our platform and act as the internal and external point of contact for functional questions about Fuxam. ⢠You will run workshops and training sessions with users at universities, vocational schools and academies, train key users and ensure our software is adopted and works in everyday use. ⢠You will collect customer feedback in a structured way, document it thoroughly and serve as the interface to Development by translating feedback into concrete product requirements. ⢠You will find solutions for specific customer issues and coordinate closely with Customer Success, Support and Development. ⢠You will pitch in wherever needed in a fast-growing team, from urgent customer requests to internal process improvements. ⢠You will work with the latest AI tools and our CRM (HubSpot) and document customer information accurately and transparently.
⢠Some experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management or similar) is an advantage. ⢠Strong organizational skills and reliability. ⢠Genuine interest in the education sector. ⢠Basic technical understanding. ⢠Familiarity with AI tools. ⢠Drive, strong team fit and willingness to take responsibility. ⢠Business-fluent German is required. ⢠Very good English is also important. ⢠Initial experience with LMS or campus systems, university administration or implementation projects in a SaaS B2B or public-sector environment.
