📋 Description

• Customer support with backing: Gradually take on responsibility for your own portfolio of around 100 mid-market (SME) customers. • Growth & retention: You actively contribute to your customers' "Net Retention Movements". • Onboarding & established processes: You guide our customers through the successful implementation of our products. • Relationship building: You establish strong, successful relationships with your customers. • Targeted communication: You communicate proactively, clearly, and concisely with customers. • Problem solving & feedback: You actively contribute to our product development by collecting valuable customer feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Some practical experience in account management, customer success, B2B/SaaS environments, or the education sector. • You have a solid basic understanding of your area of work at simpleclub and the ability to learn and build new processes. • You consistently deliver high-quality work. • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills. • You actively live our company values and proactively seek coaching and feedback from more experienced (senior) colleagues. • You take a solution-oriented approach and work with your lead to develop appropriate solutions to day-to-day challenges. • You are motivated to integrate modern AI solutions (e.g., Claude, Gemini) into your daily work to optimize processes.
