• Supporting our caregivers – You are the first point of contact for caregivers and accompany them attentively and empathetically from initial contact through to successful placement. • Individual support with heart – You listen to caregivers' wishes and needs and make their application process straightforward and smooth. • Tailored job matching – You connect talent and employers by perfectly matching caregivers' preferences with the best offers from our partner companies. • Feedback that matters – You actively collect feedback from caregivers to improve our processes and elevate the candidate experience. • Teamwork that’s fun – Together with Account Management you develop tailored solutions to exceed the expectations of our candidates and partner companies. • Accurate documentation – You keep all important candidate information up to date and ensure our metrics are always available and precise.

• Strong communication skills and empathy – You can explain complex matters clearly and approach people in a friendly, solution-oriented manner. • Organizational talent – You are structured and keep an overview even with many parallel tasks. • Initiative and solution orientation – You act proactively, identify challenges and develop creative solutions. • Team player – You enjoy collaborating with others and actively contribute to a positive team dynamic. • Digital affinity – You are comfortable with tools like CRM systems, Slack and Zoom and quickly learn new systems. • Motivation and willingness to learn – You want to continuously develop and are open to coaching and new challenges. • Hands-on mentality – You turn ideas into action and work result-focused. • German language skills at C2 level, documented in your CV or by appropriate certificates.
