📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for internal FyerX roles and client staffing projects, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation • Develop, implement, and streamline remote-first HR policies, onboarding workflows, and offboarding procedures • Maintain employee and freelancer records, including contracts, NDAs, and compliance documents • Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives through regular check-ins, conflict resolution, and remote culture development • Administer payroll inputs and manage leave tracking • Serve as the primary contact for HR-related queries from internal teams and freelance consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Professional or Generalist • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and core HR operations • 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience in recruitment and general HR administration for corporate clients or agencies • Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) • In-depth understanding of standard recruitment practices, remote work compliance, and general employment best practices • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially • Strategic problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to resolving talent bottlenecks and improving organizational culture • Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives independently and coordinate effectively with a fully remote team • Prior experience in multidisciplinary environments such as marketing agencies, technology firms, or staffing companies is an advantage
