📋 Description

• Conduct labor hearings (conciliation, initial, UNA, evidentiary hearings) • Draft pleadings and appeals at all stages of the proceedings • Client consultations and support • Manage cases autonomously

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active registration in the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) • Predominant experience in labor law (litigation) • Experience representing claimants/plaintiffs • Experience developing legal theories, drafting pleadings, conducting evidentiary hearings and advising clients • Ability to work autonomously and handle a high volume of cases • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and electronic case management • Leadership profile: proactive, responsible, organized, excellent verbal and written communication, quick learner, strong interpersonal skills to guide colleagues and advise clients, results-oriented and feedback-driven • Postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedure (desirable) • Experience with legal software (desirable)
