📋 Description

• Handle high-volume civil litigation with structured case portfolio management • Draft litigation documents (initial pleadings, defenses, appeals) based on well-established legal theories • Monitor deadlines and oversee the full lifecycle of cases • Define and implement legal strategies aligned with each client's profile • Liaise with corporate clients to align on case strategy and expected results • Work on matters such as civil liability, consumer law, internet and digital platforms, privacy and data protection (LGPD) • Participate in negotiations and settlement agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Civil Procedure • Active Bar registration (OAB) • Intermediate English (reading and writing in a legal context) • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with autonomy • Strong organizational skills, strict attention to deadlines, and a clear sense of priorities • Good communication skills and clarity in legal writing • Previous experience with multinational clients or technology companies • Familiarity with structured workflows, metrics, and portfolio management using KPIs
