• Support the entire recruitment and selection process, from resume screening to hiring; • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments; • Assist with onboarding of new employees; • Collaborate in organizing internal training sessions and events; • Support the preparation of reports, metrics and spreadsheets; • Participate in organizational development projects and internal improvements; • Provide support for HR administrative routines, including benefits and timekeeping.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology • Proven experience in headhunting • Experience in recruitment and selection • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organized, autonomous and proactive • Good interpersonal skills and results-oriented • Experience with legal recruitment, especially for labor attorneys; • Previous experience in a law firm; • Knowledge of People Analytics; • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
