📋 Description

• Manage multiple implementation projects (OneTrust, Privacy Tools, Securiti) and recurring privacy services simultaneously, typically overseeing 4 to 8 active workstreams • Prioritize and balance technical team allocation across projects in collaboration with Delivery leadership • Receive projects sold by the Sales team during internal handoff and kickoff, including scope, effort, timelines, and commercial terms • Build project plans, including schedules, milestones, risks, and roles, with support from technical specialists • Lead the external client kickoff, validating the plan and formally establishing project governance • Keep the schedule, risk register, and action plan up to date throughout the project lifecycle • Track hours consumed against the sold estimate, proactively identifying effort and scope deviations • Organize weekly client status meetings, internal checkpoints, and steering committees as needed • Manage scope changes through formal documentation and approval • Serve as the primary client management point of contact throughout the project, engaging with client management and executive leadership • Produce executive status reports covering progress, risks, next steps, and pending decisions • Lead replanning discussions and timeline negotiations when necessary • Contribute templates, lessons learned, and continuous improvements to the project management methodology • Support Sales with effort estimates for new proposals, providing an execution-focused perspective

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of solid experience managing technology projects for external clients in consulting, systems integration, software development, or technology vendor environments • Track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, effort control, and closeout • Experience tracking project hours and effort, with an understanding of delivery profitability • Education in project management (undergraduate degree, postgraduate qualification, or MBA) or PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification • Executive communication skills, including leading kickoffs, steering committees, and difficult client conversations • Strong organization, documentation, and follow-up discipline, including meeting minutes, action plans, and tactful accountability • Experience in privacy, data protection (LGPD/GDPR), GRC, or information security • Experience implementing B2B SaaS platforms, ideally OneTrust, Privacy Tools, Securiti, or similar solutions • Additional certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL, or CIPM • Experience combining fixed-scope projects with recurring services • English or Spanish proficiency for accounts with international operations • Autonomy to solve issues collaboratively with the team and bring forward solutions • The confidence and diplomacy to protect scope and timelines without damaging client relationships • Curiosity about the privacy domain • Entrepreneurial, ownership-oriented mindset
