• Conduct interviews and gather information from business areas to identify processing activities, purposes, legal bases, data flows, retention periods, and data sharing. • Structure and maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) in the client's tool (training will be provided by QOD). • Organize and validate the data inventory, mapping flows and classifying personal and sensitive data. • Ensure consistency and quality of records prior to client delivery. • Document outstanding issues, formalize status updates by email with the appropriate stakeholders, and keep the team updated on the management board. • Meet the agreed mapping SLA.
• Hands-on experience in mapping personal data processing activities (RoPA), even at a junior level. • Practical knowledge of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), including legal bases, personal and sensitive data, the data lifecycle, and processing flows. • Good written communication and strong organizational skills for conducting interviews and formalizing communications by email. • Ability to work autonomously, proactively seeking necessary information. • Degree or additional courses in privacy, data protection, or LGPD (advantage). • Familiarity with privacy tools (advantage). • Knowledge of Spanish and/or English (advantage).
