📋 Description
• Daily reconciliation of card transactions, PIX (instant payments) and bank statements • Verification of amounts received vs. system records • Recording financial entries for receipts and payments • Updating spreadsheets and reports • Maintaining cash flow • Reviewing billing against services provided • Monitoring and updating cash flow
🎯 Requirements
• Intermediate Excel • Bank reconciliation • Cash flow management • Financial postings/entries • Administrative or financial experience (preferred)
