• Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and more) • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers—build hiring plans, craft job descriptions, and guide interview processes • Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach • Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer • Collaborate with the broader People & Talent team on process improvements, employer branding, and recruiting initiatives • Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics and drive improvements through insights • Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process • Work cross-functionally with hiring managers, interviewers, and leaders; report into the Head of Talent
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy • Proven success sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across a variety of business functions • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills • A passion for healthcare innovation and a desire to support a mission that matters
