📋 Description

• Work model: Hybrid (2 days on-site per week) – Pinheiros, SP • Employment type: CLT (Brazilian formal employment contract) • We are looking for an organized, proactive person with strong attention to detail to join us as a Junior Administrative Analyst. • You will be responsible for supporting the administrative routines of the area, ensuring smooth internal processes and maintaining relationships with different areas of the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Provide first-level support to employees to clarify questions related to Personnel Administration; • Advise on time tracking, work schedules, overtime, on-call duty, and mandatory and supplemental benefits; • Support the area’s processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation; • Create and monitor system requests, performing necessary validations until requests are completed; • Act as an interface between employees and responsible departments, ensuring excellent service and resolution of requests.
