📋 Description

• Advise the Cluster General Manager and senior leadership teams on people-related matters and connect HR strategy to business outcomes • Co-lead strategic planning with workforce analytics, headcount forecasting, and organizational design recommendations • Translate corporate and cluster strategy into actionable people plans with milestones and KPIs • Use HR data and analytics through Workday and other HRIS tools to support evidence-based decision-making • Coordinate HR core processes across the cluster with country HR Representatives • Lead cultural transformation and inclusive workplace initiatives across the multicultural cluster • Design and implement Team Member Experience programs covering wellbeing, recognition, flexible work, and career development • Drive employee engagement strategies and monitor action plans • Support change management for system implementations, process redesign, and new ways of working • Lead talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, candidate experience, and talent pipeline partnerships • Execute performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes • Identify capability gaps and design upskilling and reskilling programs • Coach and develop country HR Leads • Own the Learning & Development strategy across the team member lifecycle • Build continuous learning programs and track learning effectiveness • Partner on compensation and benefits strategies across the five territories • Manage pay review cycles, absence monitoring, wage queries, and payroll operations • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and union agreements • Implement HR policies and procedures while adapting them to local regulations • Support whistleblowing case investigations and advise leadership on employment-law changes • Maintain HRIS records, reporting, and team member filing systems • Monitor HR industry trends, labor markets, legislation, and best practices across the region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, General Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience • At least 3 years in a multi-country or multi-unit HR Business Partner role • Experience leading cultural transformation or organizational change programs • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday • Experience with HR analytics and reporting • Knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining, and union agreements • Experience in airline, airline catering, or food services is a strong advantage • Some accounting, budgeting, and workforce cost management experience preferred • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Comfortable adopting digital HR tools and collaboration platforms • Strong service orientation for internal clients at all levels • High level of confidentiality, reliability, and personal accountability • Master’s degree preferred • HR professional certification such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent strongly preferred • Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP is a plus
