📋 Description

• Provide first-class 1st-level support • Analyze, process and resolve incidents and requests related to hardware and software • Install, configure and administer desktop systems based on Microsoft Windows and mobile devices (iOS) • Maintain office IT (workstations, printers, peripheral devices) • Assist colleagues with everyday IT questions • Participate in the planning, procurement and implementation of new IT systems • Support the UHD team in Berlin (usually remote) with basic tasks • Ensure service-oriented on-call coverage together with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (m/f/d) in System Integration • Enthusiasm for IT • Motivation to familiarize yourself with the User Help Desk area • Basic knowledge of Windows client administration • Knowledge of office IT (networking, hardware, software, mobile devices) • Experience with Mobile Device Management (iOS, Microsoft Intune) • Knowledge of software distribution and packaging • Strong communication skills • Team player • Willingness to participate in a team-friendly on-call rota • Willingness to travel
