📋 Description

• Function as a SME for the TEAMS and STEP programs. • Support TFA & Field Service improvement efforts • Ensure all TEAMS/STEP Inspections are schedule and planned. • Manage the TEAMS/STEP qualified resources in cooperation with the RM’s. • Review TEAMS/STEP inspection reports and help facilitate the customer closeout meeting as needed. • Travel up to 50% of the time will be required. • Ensure the broader TFA Population has information they need to be successful • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High School / GED with 5+ years of work experience performing TEAMS/STEP Inspections or relevant work experience. • Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University in a STEM Program • GE & Alstom Field Engineering Experience. • Deep Knowledge of Steam Turbine Operations. • Understanding of LEAN Principles • Understanding of vibration analysis. • GE Controls and Unit Operation Expert with MHC Experience. • Startup / Commissioning experience. • Project Management and experience with managing multiple projects at a time. • Demonstrate leadership ability through decision-making abilities, troubleshooting, problem-solving and teamwork. • Knowledge of GE systems and processes. • Good customer service and interpersonal skills. • Good communication, time management and organizational skills. • Ability to multi-task, coordinate, plan and assume managerial responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the Supervisor. • Intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
