📋 Description

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment • Lead and oversee the recruitment process ensuring the hiring of top talent • Support both volume and strategic hiring efforts for key positions across multiple functions and levels • Work closely with HR business partners, hiring managers, and senior leadership to understand hiring needs • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous development • Implement targeted sourcing strategies to build inclusive talent pipelines • Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to recruitment processes • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics • Ensure functional recruiting alignment and consistency across regions • Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors • Maintain knowledge of local, regional, and global employment laws • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on recruitment trends and labor market conditions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment • Experience leading talent attraction strategies for manufacturing or supply chain environments • Strong understanding of site‑specific nuances such as shift structures, local labor markets, employee relations considerations, and workforce volume fluctuations • Fluency in English is required • Additional language proficiency is a plus • Proven ability to lead hybrid recruitment teams • Demonstrated success in driving performance through active SLA/KPI management • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including the use of social media, job boards, and professional networks • Ability to develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals • Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, hiring managers, and external vendors • Strong experience using recruitment metrics and data analytics
