📋 Description

• Define supplier strategy, including management and optimization of supplier panels • Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers • Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement • Manage claims • Perform commercial sourcing management, including data analysis and negotiation support • Perform purchasing activities where applicable • Execute functional policy and strategy using prior experience and acquired expertise • Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered • Provide informal guidance to new team members • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations • Impact projects, processes, and procedures in the procurement field • Use technical expertise, judgment, analytical thinking, and internal sources to solve problems and make decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Sourcing • Experience in all 7 steps of sourcing • Fluent English • Outstanding business partnership-building skills • ERP or/and Power BI skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
