📋 Description

• Lead the Korean affiliate with full P&L responsibility and deliver sustainable sales and profitability growth • Develop and execute the local business strategy and five-year growth plan • Identify and realize new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations • Further strengthen Geistlich's market position with customers, Key Opinion Leaders, distributors and government stakeholders • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing local leadership team • Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance and adherence to Geistlich's quality standards • Collaborate closely with Headquarters and contribute to regional and global initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related field • At least 10 years of leadership experience within the healthcare, dental or medical technology industry • Proven success in general management with full P&L responsibility • Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development, sales and organizational transformation • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and lead change • Strong network within the Korean healthcare market and experience working with distributors, key customers and regulatory authorities • Fluent Korean and excellent English communication skills • Willingness to travel
