• Support consistent, high-quality program delivery across active cohorts in both countries by reinforcing instructional practices, coaching routines, and creating structured learning loops. • Provide hands-on support to C&I leads and ICs during active delivery, addressing instructional quality gaps through problem solving, structured feedback, and follow-up. • Maintain weekly coaching cadence with Kenya C&I team; weekly cadence with Ghana. • Lead quarterly L&T Stepbacks for all consolidated programs (target: end of Q2 for both countries), incorporating TORSH data and dashboard insights. • Lead end-of-program stepbacks for pilots and TSP-delivered programs upon completion. • Strengthen IC capacity to access, interpret, and apply updated TORSH reports (revised Q4 2025) for coaching and quality assurance. • Ensure data from TORSH cycles, stepbacks, and observations is documented and translated into concrete follow-up actions by the local C&I team. • Support launch readiness and early implementation of priority programs - including AI pilots and DM v4 - across both countries, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear documentation throughout. • Monitor the pipeline of potential programs across the two countries and liaise with the Product Team to support adoption conversations. • Coordinate and schedule TTT and CBA upskilling/refresh for DM instructors and C&I team members ahead of each country launch (April). • Track readiness actions, owners, and dependencies; surface risks early (April-May). • Support alignment with Product team on mid and end-of-program curriculum revisions and focus groups as needed. • Coordinate key meetings and follow-ups during early delivery for AI pilots. • Provide focused, time-bound support on Ghana's priority non-BAU initiatives, including TSP model setup, key experiments, and preparation for program expansion. • Advise on and support TSP C&I delivery model setup, covering instructor selection (April), onboarding (May), and structured coaching support during delivery (June–September) across 1 DM and 2 DCS cohorts. • Support design, implementation, and learning synthesis of the DA Upskilling experiment, including stakeholder alignment and data collection throughout (April–September, launch June 14). • Maintain alignment, visibility, and documentation across teams and workstreams throughout the secondment.
• At least 4 hours of overlap with the Ghana (GMT) and Kenya (EAT/UTC+3) working hours • 5+ years experience with instructor training and professional development, with an emphasis on adult learning. • Experience in program delivery, instructional quality and coaching • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination • Ability to balance advisory and execution roles in ambiguous environments • Strong systems thinking and ability to operationalize processes • Clear, structured communication and documentation skills • Experience with TORSH or instructional observation systems • Familiarity with TSP / partner delivery models • Mastery of adult learning principles and experience designing instructional materials for adult learners (>18 years of age). • Strong project management skills, managing many stakeholders and workflows on a tight timeline. • Superb stakeholder management skills, ideally with global actors with diverse needs. • Success building and managing collaborative relationships.
