📋 Description

• Lead product discovery from initial problem identification through to solution definition • Define and validate clear problem statements based on customer and business needs • Identify and articulate measurable customer and business outcomes • Research user needs, behaviours, pain points, and opportunities • Design future-state user journeys and end-to-end product experiences • Translate discovery insights into prioritised functional requirements • Develop visual representations of the intended user experience and proposed solutions • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering as part of the Product Trio • Define delivery approaches and iteration plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams • Validate proposed solutions with users and stakeholders • Ensure solutions balance customer desirability, business viability, and technical feasibility • Support teams in moving from discovery and design into delivery readiness • Contribute to continuous product improvement through research, validation, and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• 7–9 years of professional experience in Product Design or a closely related field • Strong experience across the end-to-end product development lifecycle • Proven experience in Product Discovery and User Research • Strong understanding of User Experience and Solution Design • Experience translating customer and business needs into clear functional requirements • Experience designing user journeys and end-to-end digital experiences • Strong Business Analysis and requirements definition capabilities • Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams • Ability to validate problems and solutions using research, data, and user feedback • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
